|General Manager (Finance & Accounts)||Candidates should have acquired i) Graduate with Qualified Chartered Accountant of India (ACA) / Qualified Cost Accountant (CMA)/MBA with specialisation in Finance from a recognised Indian University/ Institute. ii) 20 years of postqualification experience as a General Manager/DGM/Senior Manager level in a Company incorporated.
|Assistant General Manager (HR & Admin.)||Candidates should have acquired i) Graduate with 2 yrs Full-time course MBA (HR/IR/Personnel) /MSW (HR) with 60% marks from a recognised Indian University/ Institute. OR Graduate with PG Diploma in HR/IR/Personnel with 60% marks (2 years Full time) or Equivalent from a recognised Indian University/ Institute. ii) 15 years of postqualification industry experience as an executive conversant with human resource management, Personnel functions, industrial relations and general administration.
|Assistant General Manager (Supply Chain Management)||Candidates should have acquired i) B.E./B.Tech. (full time) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Indian University /Institute as approved by AICTE in any of the following branches i.e., Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics /Chemical Engg.
ii) 15 years of post – qualification industry experience as an executive conversant in Procurement/ Contracting / Supply Chain Management/ Logistics / Material Management / Imports & Exports / etc. in process industry/ manufacturing industry.
|General Manager & AGM||Candidates age limit should be between 45 to 50 years.|
|Candidate have to pay application fee which is for SC/ST/PWD Rs. 200/- Pay for all others Rs.600/- the Examination Fee through Fee through Banker’s cheque/Demand Draft drawn in favour of “BNPM Recruitment Account” payable at Mysuru.|
|Candidates selection will be done based on their performance in Interview.|
